We started about 6 miles away, near Pidgeon Forge, traveled toward Gatlinburg, and then actuall went up over some of the mountains!! |

The first part of the ascent up the mountain was in this cable TRAM which held several passengers, and was enclosed. The view was fantastic.... |

This is the smaller chair lift, but pretty cool. We discovered later that there was a MUCH HIGHER one. But we enjoyed them all. |
