The only way to test if it's actually better is not by what it looks like in its canister...you need to see if more hho gas comes out of the tube into your bubbler... i believe the 1/4 hole may be a good idea, but placing cell upside down probably will not produce more output... the only way to tell is testing using same eletrolyte mixture and power suppy...good luck

Have you considered turning the cups upside down and drilling a 1/4" hole in the center of each cup for exhaust. If you build the cell with the cups upside down, you might be able to take advantage of chambering/stacking. This will keep force the HHO from one cup to the next, until it comes out of the exhaust port of the top cup. I've played around with this design and it gives me a more intense and focused stream of HHO.

Oh and I saw someone selling the cups on eBay. I just looked up hho 2.5oz cups and some came up... Just a heads up if your having a hard time finding these.

You can download a diagram for this cell. Google "twisterhho3" and you will find it. It's a google sketch up file, download google sketch up and you can see a 3D CAD like drawing. I just build a 4 cup cell, and have 6 more cups to add to mine. It works great! One thing about the diagram, don't use spacers like it shows. Use nylon washers for the spacers. You want the cups as close as possible without touching...Good luck and thanks for sharing this with us Dallasgoldbug!

I'd like to see specific plans for this. If it has a good output and is cheap to build, why not just hook a larger alternator on the car to make up for the current draw? Like from a Cat engine.

Wow.. 45amps @ 12, thats a lot of current and a lot of output. Do you think the cell would do 1 liter per minute @ 12v @ 15 amps? Or 2 liters per minute @ 30 amps? That is what I hope to get from my cell with wallmart cups.

no, they are the same size. 2.5

Uh....I guess that walmart wont order them for you due to your inability to politely talk to people. Even though mine stopped, the manager happily orders as many as I want for me. Must be my charming smile or maybe my witty banter. |
