Exactly...I don't think people realize how hard it is to keep their mouth shut when sitting with a group of people. Most slander/gossip is done to make either themselves feel better due to low self-esteem or trying to become popular with other's same negative thoughts. This is honestly something I struggle with. Especially recently since I've been hurt. I'm trying my best to be strong verbally, but emotionally, I'm torn up inside.
