Loooks good AuditMoney. May I ask were you got your plates made? Did you cut them your self?
ZeroFossilFuel (May 18, 2008 at 5:35 pm)
Leaving the plate with the wet glue on the bottom ensures that it will harden evenly. After a day or two you can flip it and do the other side the same way.Moral of the story: Don't be a fool and rush it like I did.

I screwed up. Took the ties out too soon because I was leaving for a business trip last week. When I got back the plates had shifted and cememted into position crooked. They're reassembled and drying completely with the ties in place. Will be at least another week before I dare to get them wet. Here's another tip I learned. Glue one side first and let it dry a couple of days on the bottom. When I glued both sides, glue from the top panel oozed unevenly a bit down between the plates.

Thanks! not the plan to leave them exposed.I am going to dip the top in a rubber and let it dry for 2 days... my hope is to make it so insulated that it will help make more HHO.. ill keep you updated. by the way what have you done with your cell?

PROBLEM! I don't see any weld on the horizontal threads into the nuts welded to the tabs. Guaranteed failure unless you make all connections rock solid. Also, I would suggest two or three coatings of Goop around the tabs, horizontal rods and nuts and up the vertical rods to insulate them from the elyte. Even if it eats through on a spot or two it's better than leaving them exposed.Great workmanship!Z
