I am probably wrong, but isnt mysql the database program, and isnt all the vendor info and stuff on the database? I think its just changing the database without the hassle of explaining how to the repack people how to use .sqls, but like i said, i may be wrong

are you ppl crazy? are you dude (who made it/uploaded) fackin crazy??? its deffinettly NOT a vendors or something. in ..../networking/mysql/data don't have any deals with server! there is your website... so think carefully, did you realy wanna install "vendors" to website folder...?
