Thank you for your comment and input.The reservoir is horizontal because i have no vertical room, i will be using a bubbler down stream by the intake. As for the 4n or 5n plates i think i found the problem, my voltage is changing (droping)as i load up the cell, this makes for a moving target. I checked out your videos, cool, your using a more controlled power source. the wiper pump is only for a refill system. thanks again.

I hope you have better luck with the windshield washer pump than I did. Think mine held up for about an hour. I am also a bit concerned that mounting your reservoir horizontal might trap a larger volume of gas than what might be safe. I went vertical for this reason. But you might have something else in mind for gas handling that is not yet clear.good luck to you ... looks like you got a plan ...
