Cool. To get a better grip of this video, try looking at it this way: Sex is like any other desire that you have. What is really being said here is more that while you are walking through your process towards Self Realization, you are still in this world and will still participate in this world. However, if you practice the Self-Forgiveness, Self-Honesty and Self-Corrective Application, you become more in 'control' of yourself and do not depend on desires to 'feel good'...
