There are 2 tuning screws. The one in the back is the idle set screw and the one on the right is the high speed set screw. The manual has the factory settings for each. Set them to the factory settings by the book, then try 1/4 turn adjustments until you get it to run decent. Hope this helps.

OK, not joking. I just got the Firestorm about 4 hours ago. I put 2 tanks through it at idle, then started to tweak it a little, and I totally fucked up the tuning, brake proportioning and everything all together. Is there a method you use to tune the Firestorm? Thanks PLEASE respond!

It is up to you. The firestorm was my first rc nitro truck so I am fond of it. The MT2 is a good one as well. Thanks for watching rearwheelslider.

I am seriously about to head to the LHS and get one for $250. Its either one of these or the MT2 4x4 HPI truck. Which one?!?!

The video is still here. If you get the error message saying the video is no longer available just hit your refresh button. It should come right up. I have noticed that sometimes myself when watching youtube videos nelsonjoey. |
