The recipient didn't really appreciate it that much, but her mother (my cousin) did and she was very happy that I came out.You said it right, it is all about being ready, I finally made up my mind and it hasn't been that tough. I can be stubborn for all sorts of reasons, lol.

Your diaper cake and washcloth roses turned out great! :) I hope the recipient appreciated them. Good job on the weight loss. I need to get my butt in gear on a diet too, but I can't stand the thought of no carbs or very little. One day, when I am ready, it will all come together. Take care!

You did an excellent job on the 'cake' and 'roses'.Also, I love silver as well. Thanks so much for your support. It has really meant so much to me. I am sure on the internet that sounds contrite, but it is sincere.

Thanks Beth, I was happy on the way they turned out.*** I had a very good "diaper cake making" instructor.:)I think for many people the christening thing is like the "knock on wood" superstition, you don't really believe it does anything/is necessary but you do it "just in case". Oh well.. I suppose a little water on your head and some praying time never hurt anyone. |
