and let me guess...you KNOW that the brachiosaurus ate grass, huh? did you get that piece of information from science? the same science that tells you that the dinosaurs went extinct 65 million years ago? that's what I thought...there are so many fallacies in creationism i find it embarrassing when people actually try to defend it.

kid, I didn't realize you were 15...I've already wasted a bunch of time over the last few days dealing with some 16 year old creationist (you type much better than him though). I just don't have the patience to go over this in comments...make a video and send it to me, then i can respond about red shift so that you can understand what's really going on, and how it really doesn't matter when it comes to the existence of a god.

Red shift shows that we aree the center of the universe. It shows this because everything is moving away from us. If we were not in the center, then we would expect to see stars/galaxies etc moving towards us. We would also expect to see stars/galaxies with no 'shift' because they are moving out at the same rate we are. We do not see this.What does the fact that we don't know what it is expanding into have to do with God?

red shift certainly doesn't prove that the earth is the center of the universe...it just proves that the universe is still expanding...besides, the we already know that the earth isn't even the center of our galaxy, much less the universe.the real question is: what is it expanding into? and just because science can't answer that question right now doesn't help the case for a god's existence.period. |
