I was in a book shop this week and I saw a book called "The Bible for Dummies". Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that gap in the market already filled by the real Bible?

So the Old Testament made prophecies, and when the people who followed the old testemant wrote the new testament they wrote that they came true... I don't know why I never noticed. Consider me converted.

i guess it was irrational for me to think that somebody would (could) use logic/science or proof to prove the bible. i guess i was just hoping for something tangible just merely to invoke reasonable discussion..

yep thats correct but logic and reason isnt going to sway people who have an invested emotion and dont know how to use their brains. Of course its stupid to the educated. Only the uneducated and the emotionally desperate find this convincing.

Harry potter fulfils prophecies of earlier books in later books, that isnt evidence that he is divine.....or real. You guys know it is in the power of any mortal to make events in previous books come true in later ones right? Come on guys use some critical thinking.
