I have mixed feelings about this lift. First, it felt great right where I wanted to - the chest. Second, it's a personal best. However, after looking at the video, it kind of seems like I'm not flying out wide enough? I stopped the range of motion to where I felt it starting to shift towards the shoulders, and I felt it good in the chest, so I don't know. I'd appreciate constructive feedback on these...

If you go down any further, you would probably risk injury to the shoulder. The way I see it, if it feels as if it is working, and you are seeing results, why change the form? And by the way, your a friggin' beast. Keep up the good work.

yer there fine i think......as ur bi/tri' are like fully flat to the bench, if u forearms straight with ur ur arm's, that wud probably hurt! harder to control too

range of motion perfect. any further and you place unnecessary stress on the joints.
