The music for this was composed using Cakewalk MIDI software. It was used as background music in Manuel Nava Leal's poem 'Fall Leaves' on the CD 'Book of Life'. Images similar to these are what I had in mind as I wrote this. Fall becomes especially bleak for me toward December 8, and I can never forget how bleak the world looked, especially near the Dakota apartments after John Lennon was murdered.
