I am roughly 1200 physical miles from home. The emotional miles vary by day. I would not leave my job, particularly after all Mr. Creature has done for me, however... a day or two away couldn't hurt.

But I'm curious, does your desire to go home mean that you'll be leaving your job, as I am getting the impression that your family lives far away, as you have said numerous times that you don't see them often.
