Do you mean WMM?Because I use windows movie maker and I cant find the playback quality thingy. But thank yous anyway xD

Uhm, if yooh put ur mouse over the account button in the top right hand corner, and press more, then there SHOULD be a button somehwere that says playback quality. You should press "high". Also, some programs (i.e.WWM, Proshow, Ulead) Don't have the option for high quality.~Chelsea
