Australian Foreign minister Stephen Smith said the Tamil Tigers were already effectively banned in Australia. "For a considerable period of time the LTTE has effectively been listed under United Nations arrangements that effects a freeze on LTTE assets in Australia and as a consequence, (it is) unlawful for the use of LTTE assets in Australia," Mr Smith told reporters.

I totally agree with you..But do you think the people who have fled their homeland almost decades ago in fear of their lives, or the families who have seen their loved ones murdered for no reason would be able to forget it??

what's the purpose of having a separated land? are all tamils living in colombo going to live in jafna if ltte establish another ltte state in the north? is it really practical or necessarry to divide the country? there are many tamils who doesnt want to divide the country. ltte does not represent tamils. they are just a rebelion terrorist group.

Think about future.. we all born in the same country & we all have the same sri lankan blood,it doen't matter whether u r a Tamil, Sinhala, Muslim, Ect..
