I recognize that module from dealextreme. I've got one of those in a project box. Its a Diode Pumped Solid State (DPSS). Greens have many crystals in them that change a 808nm IR from the pump diode diode to 523nm green. --hydro15

they should last longer than this one did it was faulty...but i think they last about 10 to 20,000hrs

that little plastic bit that came off is nothing just something to help stop the pins from bending, and the best way to put one of them plugs in is twisiers, ive had to do a few in tight spots, there are a few in computers. :P

I totally agree with you John, my faith in some of the companies is growing and ADJ is one, top guys, and now shinp very impressive.customer service. Thats all you want If i saw the same model and a known better service provider was slightly dearer i would pay it,,,,never thought i would say that...but its true! great interesting vid never seen inside one before! cheers john.... now what can i rip apart......ha
