Rendition of the cuban traditional favorite: "Son de la loma", by a band comprised of young capoeira students on the island of St. Maarten. The group was put together by Professor Graveto (Tyrone Phelipa), who with 24 years of musical experience taught the members how to play all of the instruments and then arranged the song to suit the occasion. Other members of the group are seen dancing on stage. Sorry for the poor quality of the video , it was captured by the shaky hands of a parent in the 3rd row :-) But DO enjoy the quality of the audio, and please leave comments. More to come!
