This is a short vid of the old years of Bodybuilding, you know - the times where you'd lift for a week then party for the next three. Gains were rough, and lost allot of weight from High School sports and life style, but I got a good kick off into the right direction - and now is the time to go big!

Not bad. The pics werent clear, or its just my comp screen, but from what i could see you have some decent muscle mass on you. Better definition in places would be better, but it might be the fact ive just come from a vid of a bodybuilding contest to this, so yeah. Keep up the good work though, youve got great potential.
