there is already a filipino idol but it is called "Pinoy Idol" but it sucks, I dont like watching it... it's in GMA station not ABS-CBN

I think, we MAYBE are going to reach this year's title as AMERICAN idol. I personally think that, filipinos have the talent that has the specific talent that judges may find. Even if we always turn up as RUNNER-UPS, at least we tried, and we made the best of it.

I didn't mean to sound like I disliked or hated Jasmine Trias in the comment I made. I just wanted to clarify that =D. Because without the dent that she and Ramiele Malubay made in the whole American Idol scene, we Filipinos would still be very much in the shadows.
