This is my liger I made at college out of foam. It's covered in fabric fur and painted (partly airbrushed). The tongue, nose and pawpads are foam covered in latex. The teeth are Sculpey ultralight. I stuck a couple of extra bits of foam inside her head and left the neck open so you can move the mouth with your hand like this...
