I didn't use any cheats or slow game speed.I created this map with 2x50 stacks of minerals right next to CC on installation special buildable tile. I created slots for obs (but this is single player).As soon as I start the map I hit record, build Scv, send to mine, Press '+' 5 times, and start music.My build is simple:Constant SCV, 8/10 depot, then Constant CC when minerals allow. I try to keep the CCs with 1 or 2 scv Queued each.The triggers are set to end the map as soon as 200 scv (men) are there. You can see I get the error maxed out message about 10-15 seconds before victory screen. I completed this at 8:01 minutes (The video ends a few seconds later), This is the world record Afaik (I'm sure someone has done this before me, but I am the first to make a record it AFAIK) so don't flame me. I was shooting for under 8 and I do think its possible, because I made a few errors and I am not sure if my strategy is the best.
