Yep. The Hidden Blade kills everyone (except Maria) with one hit. Be sure to use it on the very last target... the one after Robert de Sable. Otherwise you'll have to chase him all over the garden.

Strangely, getting kicked in the crotch does not appear to hurt Altair. Maybe it's different for different missions, but I find that you can get kicked repeatedly, and the sync bar doesn't go down. Even more strange is that the Altair still manages to have kids after all this nut cracking... that's how we get his DNA memory. |
