u should travel to latin america man, most people even thought they look white black and even indian do not consider themselves part of a race, a white person in latin america is just someone with light skin, while a white person the one you have in mind blonde blue eyes etc...is called gringo in latin america. My friend went to USA, they described him as white when he was there, now he's come back and he thinks he's the sh1t lol.

I don't know if you are from the U.S., but our definition of race is very different from Latin America's definition. It's just now beginning to change a little, with people being able to just say "multiracial." But the reality is, many people who are actually mixed simply identify as Black (like most of my family members).

I agree with you but in the US, these women would largely be labeled Black because of the "one drop rule".If you have even "one drop" of African blood, you are African/Black. It was a custom started during slavery so that master's could have/keep more slaves. Including those they had fathered and were half white.

what you have put there, in reality are not blacks but mulatos, mixed with white blood of the old slave masters but instead of recognise it , they rather say they are black. not one is pure 100% african blood

I know they still exist, and it's not always like that...In Mexico there's these two famous afro-mexicans, that were in this mexican singing group really famous around latin america, europe....Called Ov7!It's not the they are hiding them, its that they cant afford to be in stuff like that and are mostly uneducated poor people.

Even though they are poor,(which I doubt EVERY single last one of them is) they STILL exist, and are a part of the culture. To ignore the poor is to live in a fantasy land!

"If you didn't know the poor people of Latin America are the indigenous and the blacks..." I know that. But they are STILL part of the society...

If you knew anything about Latin America you wouldn't of made this video. If you didn't know the poor people of Latin America are the indigenous and the blacks...While the rich are the European descendants. It's not that they tried to hide them, it's that natives and blacks are uneducated and live in poor places. While the Whites don't.
