Interesting application of drum corp style to a set. Best of luck in your musical pursuits!

im using Remo Pinstripe Heads wih the Remo Muffl's in them...yeah theyre Maple drums and Premier drums tune REALLY high...almost like Timbales...it took me at least a week to get them to sound like that..what i did was tune the top head to the way i wanted them to sound and tune the bottom just enough to fill the sound up but avoid them sounding dead(on the strengh of the Muff'l Rings)at the same time...you cant really hear it in the video but they do ring a little bit after each hit

Hey man, for the relatively small sizes your toms have a very deep sound. What heads are you using? And are they maple drums? How do you tune them? |
