beauty salon and dermatist in thailand have been using this kind of methode as a longtime treatment on a girl i know. that was like 4-5 years ago. so it's quite an old way of treating acne, but developed into a at-home device by now. she told me, too, that it hurts, hurts, hurts with every zap. and you have to keep using it :(

yes it is painful, like a pinch or pin prick. I have to be "ready" for the zap or it'll be scary sometimes!

Don't get thermaclear, it works but it HURTS LIKE HELL. I was wincing in pain, and i realize that was on LOW setting. So I prayed to god when i upped it once and pressed the button. OUCH OUCH ouch. Zeno is what i recommend. Longer time yes, but not painful at 200F+ (which almost at boiling water). Imagine pouring boiling water on your skin :(.

I guess because there wasn't really much to say except for the fact that I found the results promising. I usually front load my reviews with a lot of background. I like to speak like that

sorry to hear that :( did you try using it multiple times a day? on the highest setting? did you sanitize the tip with alcohol after each use? that's all I can think of at the moment..
