The "amusement" of the sage. All notions and self-serving conditioning is bypassed. The sage operates "between" (that is, not identifying with either) the two poles of an individual self here and an external world out there. The sage rests in "the infinite state of plenitude" where everything is happening. The sage is a complete and beneficent resource.Why be interested in the philosophy of those who are enslaved by their notions, or those pursuing sexual pleasure and material acquisition? Similarly of what interest can there be in the philosophy of those who pursue religious practises intent on reaching Heaven?
