hi everyone, just so you'l know im from Israel and let me give you the sum-up of this insedent,sorry 4 the bad spelling. the man that got shot was arrested after throing stons at soldiers. the soldier point at him the gun as aprotocol of capturing a prisiner. some say it was a miss fire some say it's not but after the case the man was rush to a nearby hospital suffering minor injeris and after amonth of trils the major (the man who's holding the prisiner) was expeld from the army.

What pisses me off about this is that nothing will ever be done about it. With US support Israel has a free hand to do as it wishes in Israel/Palestine. They can steal land,lock people up,knock down houses, destroy olive groves,steal water,build settlements on stolen land & generally piss on the Palestinians,who they see as inferior,in every way.They are the masters and will act as they wish.Like in Orwell's '1984'...I see a picture of a soldier's boot stamping on a human face forever.

omegator-no one said this was a murder. If you had the sense to read, you would understand that we all know this is a rubber bullet. But the fact that this was a rubber bullet doesn't make it acceptable. The man was handcuffed and not a danger at the time regardless of whether he was or wasn't before (seems like he wasn't though). The fact that this happens with any amount of frequency with out huge public outcry from Israelis is unacceptable. There was much more uproar after theRodney King case

In Israel unlike every arab and muslim country around the world, there is a justice system that must evaluate the FACTS before they can prosecute. In the arab world, the man with the gun is the judge, jury and executioner. If the role was revirsed, do you think their would be trials?? Look how the Muslims act when Kuntar, the baby killer was released. The rolled out the red carpet for him. Israel will never ever get a fair shake, because the world is full of those who hate Jews.
