Lord FulgusGO†HIC ME†AL COMPLATIONThe BEST EVER songs of Go†hic Metal, brought to you by Lord Fulgus (Me).Lunatica (Switzerland)"World under Ice"Here is the actual Lunatica's line-up :Andrea Dätwyler - VocalsAlex Siberl - KeyboardsEmilio Barrantes - bass guitarSandro D'Incau - lead guitarAndré Leuenberger - rythm guitarRonnie Wolf - drumsLunatica is a swiss symphonic metal band, created in november 1998 by Sandro D'Incau and Alex Seiberl. After a long search troughout Switzerland in order to find their singer, they finally met Andrea Dätwyler which was able to give something special to the band. She helped the band to produce their first-ever album, "Atlantis" which was a success. For the second album, "Fables & Dreams", Lunatica worked with the producteur Sascha Paeth (Rhapsody, Kamelot, Angra, After Forever, Edguy and Heaven's Gate). He was able to give to the band the power who was missing in "Atlantis" . On August, the 27th of 2004, Lunatica signed a contract with the company Frontiers Records.Lunatica can be introduced as a mix between Sonata Arctica, Nightwish and Edenbridge, while still keeping their own vision of the symphonic power metal...World under IceIn the shades he finds protection, he's a fallen angel on the runThe night welcomes him like a lost sonAs he's walking under his brother moonlightNobody knows where he's coming fromHis breath is freezing the branches of the treesAnd his eyes are almost perforating the environment around himHe sets the world under iceHis aura is white gleamingAround him eternal coldnessBut inside he hides a warm shine as he's waiting to change into springSorrow and grief are his two companions, he's older than mankindThey fear him and the gifts he brings themBut they know they need him to reanimate creationIn the circle of nature he was always the most displeasing oneA scapegoat for the tragedies of lifeAnd this is the way it will always be(All credit to Lunatica)(Atlantis, 2001) |
