I worked for them for a while, and yes, it really is that great to work for them. :)Sounds like you might be in the Kentucky area - they do have a warehouse near Louisville.

I've NEVER had a single problem with zappos. Now I want to work for you guys.I actually used to work customer service and got fired for being too nice and too honest. Its wonderful to see a company with a heart. I love the way you guys do business. Customer since 2003.My first order showed up at my house / in 12 hours of me placing it.
