I say we send USSF to CJ and take out both cartels, run back across the border and build a tall fence lined with electrified razor-wire. Or better yet, give CJPD (And Dallas, TX PD for that matter) Sniper perches. There is a lot to be said for a bird's eye view and a .308 when it comes to crime control.
