I dont have the patience to write right now,it takes time. But for same reason that Norway and Switzerland are not in EU.

I merely think there is a small possibility it could be a good decision in the future. Could you elaborate what impact it could have on their economy IF they joined it in the near future. I never really gave it much of a thought, so I don't know, but I'm always eager to learn.

THEY are civilians, dont need to support anyone, they can be respectful to UK and Russia and stay neutral if they wish so. But if they were to choose, than of course Russia. Blood is thicker than water

Why would russia want to join EU? They have no interest to join other than making it easier for people to travel without visa, but economy is way more important.

I think Russians are welcome in EU as is pretty much everyone. Russia is growing. Putin fixed their economy. Some new reforms, little change of their politics and who knows? They might even join EU one day.Congratulations to Russia by the way, Hockey champions :)

Путин согласился стат председателем Единой России, но отказывается быт ее членом. Вы будете долго смеяться, но он просто не хочет платит членские взносы.Предлагаю всем, курящим тоже, написать обращение к президенту и парламенту с просьбой полностью запретит рекламу табака и алкоголя, также обязать производителей сигарет делать черно-белую упаковку, содержащую только цифры и буквы, без картинок. Хватит нам своим здоровем поддерживать американские табачные концерны.
