Youre overlooking the fact that those people are not truly ignorant, they take the stance of a forced apathy in response to a feeling of futility. You say change trickles up, but unless those people at the bottom of the pyramid initiate change simultaneously and with a single mindedness that the masses often lack, no true change is wrought. That is the merit of the "god forbid" church that may be there one saving grace. They know how to lead the hearts of many to a single purpose. could you |
