Here is a brief interview of the Marriott Marquis in New York city. This is a very nice hotel, but nice means expensive. However, you can ride the elevators for free and sit in the viewing area called "The View", which is a lounge in the middle of the Atrium of the hotel. I love Atriums! The elevators are like PowerTower at Cedar Point, speeding up and down in a "ring" design with 2 in the middle. If you are afraid of heights, don't stay here, the outer elevators scare you at the last second on the way down with the elevator car coming nearly centimeters close to the wall. It scared my father, and made a great video!

The View is on the 48-50th floors, and is a revolving restaurant. Where you were is called the Atrium Lounge!
