Hey Dumbshit (Tiberiusduck), in the description, it says the method no longer works. He only uploaded it cuz FriFox (the maker of this video) was removed from YouTube. He probably downloaded it and uploaded right back up to YouTube on his own account without reencoding it. Since the method no longer works, that's why it's not in High Quality. Fucking pay attention.
