This video was uploaded to Youtube on 8-30-08 when Hurricane Gustav was a major concern fo the Gulf Coast and Louisiana and New Orleans, it was predicted then that it could hit as a category 4 or 5.I an amateur psychic focused Psychic power then to try to weaken Gustav or turn it away.
