problem is that it is difficult to make peace with an organization that refuses to admit Israel's right to exist.And as you can see, even when a truce is implemented, Hamas isn't able to respect it. Hamas was elected 3 years ago, but if you were to look at the new poles, you would see that 70% of the palestinians say they have voted wrongly and wouldn't have done so if they were offered a second chance.A bit like what americans feel about Bush.

Well, first paragraph is excellent! Yes, if only the Israelis would treat Palestinians as people - treat Lebanese as people - that is the solution we all WANT.Working together is the answer for peace for everyone!I can't agree completely on the second one though.... Hamas was elected and should not be "invaded" -- GIVE PEACE A CHANCERespect garners RespectPeace gets Peace andKilling gets killing.No one wants to live in fear - on EITHER side!

Israel has good intentions, but is dealing with them the wrong way.What Israel must do is set up jobs for Palestinians INSIDE the territories, not inside Israel. Roadblocks should remain, but there is no reason for which Palestinians need to cross them.As for the situation with Gaza, as long as Hamas is in control, there is no way to make peace with them. Israel must invade Gaza, dismantle Hamas, and immediately build jobs (such as factories) instead of occupying with soldiers.
