Good Luck...he's a tight wad and don't share any knowlege at all....he tells me he doesn't have a recipe, he retains everything in his head. He said he always look @ his mom cooks and takes everything in that way. add a little this and that then everything tastes good. I stop asking and just eat..eat..eat..!

Great can't wait...referring to the comment below..I'm the opposite because my husband can cook all sorts of kmai receipes from the top of his head. So when I pulled out my receipes in which i got from you he makes fun of me. He can literally turn anything into food lolz..

Can you make a tutorial on SOm Lor Mah Gue Youn..(vietnames sweet n' sour soup) with Lotus roots..mmmm sooo good. I only can make it with shrimp everytime I try to make it with spare ribs it turns out yucky..I can smell the meat. Thanks!
